• Boosted data collection rates by average of 30% on 26 different measurements, which allowed for publication of more economic outputs.
• Slashed operational costs 50% in three years by introducing more efficient collection methods, thinking more strategically when making assignments and by holding employees accountable for cost overruns and imprudent.
• Directed regional test for new Occupational Requirements Survey in Providance, RI, finishing first out of six regions in productivity and was the only region to hit all 8 production targets, finish #1 in quality for.
