A member of the agency’s Senior Management Team responsible for driving the organization’s fund development efforts. This includes guiding and managing funds and fund investments, identifying and developing new fund sources, programs, and securing diverse revenue streams for the organization. Extensive knowledge of research tools, proven technical grant writing skills (for both state and federal procurement opportunities), and the ability to implement new programs, initiatives and opportunities for the system. A skilled leader in the health care field with experience in management, administration, strategic planning, communications and program development. Works in tandem with Executive Team members on all funding related initiatives. Current role as Vice President is responsible for developing and stewarding new community-based relationships to leverage existing funding and develop new funding streams for agency operations.

A member of the grant project team responsible for all administrative support of the Project TERMH (Training Enhancement of Rural Mental Health) grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor. Controlled all finances of the project, totaling more than $8.2 million dollars over the course of the four-year term, managing the disbursement of grant funds, assuming fiduciary responsibility and compliance with all grant terms and conditions. Extensive outreach and stewardship with all grant partners to ensure established goals and metrics of the training program were met, including all financial measures were met to fidelity.

I currently serve on the executive team and serve as Treasurer of the Board.
