I am very excited to be working for Pennymac - completing reviews for the servicing department. I continue to develop content and teach continuing education courses and I am certified to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) by the Appraisal Foundation, as well as an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor.
