I manage System Integration projects with Utilities who are looking to implement Maximo. I have a focus on the T&D lines of business and tie the business requirements with system functionality.

At Portland General Electric I was the overall Solution Architect for what was termed Wave 1 including Generation, Substation and single field work for T&D. I helped run the Business Process Design phase, led the Maximo team during Functional Design, led the Maximo and Logica (ARM Scheduler and Field Manager) build team which included Application, Conversion and Integration teams. During testing I resolved issues that arose between the business and IT. I helped explain the impact to the business and provide solutions that would meet their requirements while keeping the complexity manageable for IT.
