My legal practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of plaintiff employees in almost all facets of California employment law. Those areas include all forms of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act ("FEHA") including disability (health) discrimination, employer failures to accommodate a disability, failures to engage in the interactive process, whistle-blower retaliation, pregnancy and medical leaves of absence (i.e. maternity leaves/ baby bonding leaves). I also represent employees on an individual and class-action basis in employment "wage-and-hour" litigation where the employee is seeking compensation for unpaid overtime, wages, meal and rest breaks, reimbursement of expenses, or other penalties associated with the improper classification of the employee as a salaried worker or as an independent contractor. I am one of just a handful of Central Coast attorneys who is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), an organization dedicated to the representation of California employees.
Listed skills include Employment Law, Disability Discrimination, Wage And Hour, Unemployment Appeals, and 23 others.
