I was responsible for monitoring progress, identifying problem areas, determining causes, recommended corrective action, and providing counsel as required to uphold a concrete safety program.Key Successes:- Outlined and implemented training programs for 400 employee safety procedures and accident protection and prevention.- Professionally administered 25 safety training programs, maintained records and investigated 2 accidents.- Implemented a new recreational safety program minimizing recreational mishaps by 90%- Coordinated quarterly Safety Stand Downs enabling the command to take a day and talk about Safety concerns and issues fostering a healthy and safe working environment.
