• Provide remote technology support to Windows 7/10 users via phone, chat, and email. • Manage user accounts via Active Directory. • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide resolution via instruction, remote control, (Bomgar), or assigning the problem to other groups for resolutionn. • Document all interactions with users within ServiceNow. • Follow up with users to resolve issues that couldn’t be resolved on first contact and to confirm resolution.
