Tolman's Meats (2018) revenue has nearly tripled in the last 6 years and Rivers Edge Landscape Management (2021) revenue and profitability grew dramatically in 2 years due to an acquisition and operational improvements.In 2018, Brian co-founded Proof & Union, maker of the innovative FULLBAR canned spirit and cocktail mixer brand. Prior at Founders, a leading craft brewer, Brian created the international business unit, launched the brand in 30+ countries, and led the sale of the business to Mahou San Miguel. Previously as Director of Strategic Planning at Abercrombie & Fitch, Brian built and led the global Market Intelligence function and co-developed the turnaround plan currently being successfully executed. He also was head of strategy at Wolverine Worldwide responsible for corporate strategy and business development, including the $1.23b acquisition of Collective Brands' Performance & Lifestyle Group as well as CEO/CFO/IR support.Brian spent 7 years in management consulting at A.T. Kearney and Bridge Strategy Group serving clients in a variety of industries and graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA.
