When the pandemic hit, my logistics manager position was eliminated at Hearts On Fire who was my employer of 14 years. This opened up new employment opportunity at McDonald Electric Corporation as their Warehouse Manager. I left McDonald Electric in 2022 for a change of pace for myself and joined EJ as a Customer Account Manager and have gained a lot of experience with sales and customer account management. I am confident that my experience in logistics, sales, account management, customer service, sales along with my impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication skills would make me an asset to any team.In my former role as a logistics manager at Hearts on Fire, I was able to maintain a consistent track record of managing the largest Fed-Ex account in downtown Boston, with proven ability to successfully maintain zero loss claims filed for multiple fiscal years, while averaging over 100 shipments per day. I have efficiently provided first rate service for the end consumer while keeping the best interests of the company at the forefront of operations. As for McDonald Electric I managed all time sensitive tool, stock and freight deliveries to over 30 job sites as well as forming relationships with numerous foreman and sales reps. These experiences, along with my willingness to learn and outgoing attitude, will help me contribute to any company as a key team player.Aside from my experience in logistics and project management, my interests include; coaching my son and daugher's team sports, especially baseball and softball as well as music, concerts and creative writing.
