The workflow from Quote through Order to Assure was audited to ensure it was fit for purpose and any Business System changes identified including those needed for CAS (T) and ND1643 compliance.Main Achievements:• Achieved successful audit and subsequent CAS (T) certification with a number of products certified four months ahead of plan via an early audit.• Successful close-off or Get-Well plans in place for 80% of all post-audit Findings.• Personally updated the Service Availability Technical Description and identified data sources to allow Service Availability reports to be regularly generated.
