• Prepared curriculum and taught lessons on leadership, ethics, critical thinking, military theory, warfighting, planning and organizational development to undergraduate and graduate students from a diverse cross-section of US and international societies. • Worked closely with MCU college directors and academic deans to integrate leadership, ethics, critical thinking and warfighting concepts into resident Professional Military Education (PME) curriculum. • Redesigned MCU’s Strategy and Policy Course (SPC) using contemporary interactive adult learning methods to include: case studies, panels, Socratic Method seminars, staff rides, directed readings, site visits to the Pentagon and Capitol Hill and senior leader engagement with distinguished military and civilian speakers such as: Generals Gray, Pace, Zinni, Allen, Amos, Neller and congressional leaders in order to educate Marine colonels to think critically at the interface of strategy and policy. • Personally designed and executed a four week on-line curriculum for MCU’s SPC that focused on the USMC’s doctrine for Strategy, Warfighting, Command and Control, and Planning. • Assisted with the development and execution of MCU’s Reserve Senior Staff Course (RSSC) to include curriculum development, teaching classes and scheduling strategic speakers.• Advised and assisted course directors at the Marine Corps War College (MCWAR). Directly worked with the Leadership and Ethics, and War Policy and Strategy Course Directors on development and execution of MCWAR’s course curriculum. • Taught multiple classes on military theory, military history, leadership and ethics. Additionally, taught the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Red Teaming and Critical Thinking.• Employed adult learning methodology to develop and deliver curriculum for undergraduate education in MCU’s Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education (SEPME) course.

• Commanded at several levels including flying squadron command. • Commanding Officer at squadron level; responsible for over 40 aircraft and 450 personnel. • Executive Officer and Operations Officer at Marine Aircraft Group (O-6 level) in support of equipping and training 3,500 personnel and deploying multiple squadrons to Operation IRAQI FREEDOM (OIF), Operation ENDURING FREEDOM (OEF), multiple Marine Expeditionary Units and the PACOM theater.• Operational Planner for I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) (2002-2004). Was one of five Operational Planners responsible to Lieutenant General Conway for the planning and employment of over 87,000 Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and coalition forces for the “The March to Baghdad” in support of OIF, 2002-2003.• Instructor and evaluator pilot with over sixteen years of experience as a flight instructor.• Course Director and Assistant Course Director for two core courses at MCWAR.• Mentored 38 Marine Lieutenant Colonels and Colonels at MCWAR.
