• Prepared curriculum and taught lessons on leadership, ethics, critical thinking, military theory, warfighting, planning and organizational development to undergraduate and graduate students from a diverse cross-section of US and international societies. • Worked closely with MCU college directors and academic deans to integrate leadership, ethics, critical thinking and warfighting concepts into resident Professional Military Education (PME) curriculum. • Redesigned MCU’s Strategy and Policy Course (SPC) using contemporary interactive adult learning methods to include: case studies, panels, Socratic Method seminars, staff rides, directed readings, site visits to the Pentagon and Capitol Hill and senior leader engagement with distinguished military and civilian speakers such as: Generals Gray, Pace, Zinni, Allen, Amos, Neller and congressional leaders in order to educate Marine colonels to think critically at the interface of strategy and policy. • Personally designed and executed a four week on-line curriculum for MCU’s SPC that focused on the USMC’s doctrine for Strategy, Warfighting, Command and Control, and Planning. • Assisted with the development and execution of MCU’s Reserve Senior Staff Course (RSSC) to include curriculum development, teaching classes and scheduling strategic speakers.• Advised and assisted course directors at the Marine Corps War College (MCWAR). Directly worked with the Leadership and Ethics, and War Policy and Strategy Course Directors on development and execution of MCWAR’s course curriculum. • Taught multiple classes on military theory, military history, leadership and ethics. Additionally, taught the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Red Teaming and Critical Thinking.• Employed adult learning methodology to develop and deliver curriculum for undergraduate education in MCU’s Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education (SEPME) course.
