Reports pull from various sources including the Warehouse Management System (QSS), Manhattan Labor Management, and SAP. Data is presented in various medium including Excel, Qlikview, and IBM Cognos to provide insights used at all levels of the organization. • Leading the implementation to upgrade our Manhattan Labor Management 2007 version to 2016 in VWR’s seven largest North America distribution centers. The project includes reviewing labor standards, building new reports in IBM Cognos, and unitizing real-time mobile data (DM Mobile). • Executed process improvements such as implementing Voice Picking, optimizing replenishment logic resulting in a reduction of 8.2%, incorporating barcode scanning during picking process, and managing other improvements through the JIRA system.

Project lead to a decrease from 3 to 1 days to ship goods into Canada and expanded VWR chemical portfolio to Canada.
