Following the acquisition of Servicepoint UK, out of administration, by the Paragon Group in the UK, I was charged with the role of integrating the business into the existing Group and driving an operational and financial turn-around. This involved stabilising the top-line performance, reducing the cost base and integrating a new Management team.In October 2015, I returned to Dublin to drive the operations of the global Paragon Group, reporting to the Chairman and CEO. By then the UK business had returned to profitability and has continued to grow under new Management.
