Development of relationship with current customer base to assist customers in understanding current technology to leverage the best performance from their recording and WFM environments and develop upgrade plans to cover future needs. Develop training plan for internal technical team to keep current with evolving technology from vendors.

Complete implementation of QM, Scorecards, WFM, Encryption software packages. Onsite and remote technical project leadership with customer and internal technical teams for implementation, integration, and testing. Skill set includes a variety of project management styles to coordinate with customer environment and requirements. Extensive knowledge working with Avaya, Cisco, Siemens platforms with VoIP and SIP signaling integrations.
