I develop resources and partnerships to advance the mission of organizations and causes that make a difference. I relish connecting people with big ideas to each other so together we can maximize impact for people and their communities.I have been leading initiatives to increase entrepreneurship and innovation in the education marketplace, helping to create more high-quality options and relevant learning opportunities for students.With over 20 years of experience in the school choice movement, I have worn many hats, including policy advocate, coalition builder, thought leader convener and development officer. I also served as a senior staff member and advisor to Indiana Governors Mitch Daniels and Eric Holcomb.I am married to Leah McGrath, and we have three sons and a dog. I am an avid fan of college sports (especially football and wrestling), enjoy hiking and biking, love a good podcast, and grill out year-round.
