As the Project manager of immunizations, medical records, readiness, and appointments. Supervised the key link in the chain of access to medical care and information on Joint Base Fort Sam Houston in regards to Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard personnel. The estimated population of these personnel is over 15k.•Bringing the medical readiness evaluation process up to Department of Defense code for all Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard submitting, following, and tracking all work orders and instilling the proper processes. •While supervising the processing of medical records against multiple electronic systems. Discovered a major flaw in the processing system. Developing a tracking system to gather data, and account for all discrepancies found. Due to the data found, was able to develop and implement a multimillion dollar saving process. Motivating all personnel in the new processes resulting in an annual estimated savings of $1.3 million and 10k man hours locally. This resulted in an estimated $22.6mil and 160k man hours saved throughout the United States Navy. Correcting an annual estimate of 448k medical discrepancies Navy wide.•Using all available medical reporting systems was able to repot and analyze his current departments work load, estimated net worth, man hours spent with patients, and overall efficiency, resulting in major clinical changes to improve department productivity in the upcoming year of 2017.•Accounting for all Navy work order and job request was able to organize a smooth transition between Brooke Army Medical Center branch health Clinics for all Navy staff.
