Prime Communications purchased Spring Business in early 2019 and my role essentially remained the same as it had been with Spring Business. I am accountable for managing a dynamic team of wireless mobility & telecom Business Sales Executives covering the Southeastern US. The only difference is that I also picked up GA as part of my territory in this role.

I hired, trained, inspired and worked alongside a dynamic team of 12 Business Mobility & Wireline Sales Professionals across four states (AR, MS, LA, & FL) to sell the full suite of AT&T mobility & telecom products to business professionals across the Southeastern US.

I managed 55 AT&T Authorized Retail doors & a team of 6 District Managers to exceed all sales targets, inspire their team members to provide the best customer & employee experience in the industry!!!!

Cellular World purchased NewWave Wireless and hired me as a Regional Manager after the acquisition in 2012. I was responsible for the performance & profitability of 68 AT&T retail stores in 4 states. I worked closely with my AT&T partners to ensure all locations were meeting AT&T’s strict standards & practices to provide the best possible customer experience in the markets we served. I was also tasked with managing all new store growth from location conception to opening in my districts. I successfully lead a team of 7 District Managers for 3 years across 4 states until the stores in my region were purchased by Spring Business.

NewWave Wireless was my first job in the wireless industry. I started working at NewWave right out of high school as a sales rep and worked my way up to General Manager of the organization until the business was sold in 2012. The owner and I grew NewWave from 1 location to just under 100 across 5 states in the 15 years I worked there. My role was constantly evolving during my time growing the organization and I was involved in all aspects of running the business. I hired and lead a team of 14 District Managers, opened new locations, established & developed new markets, created compensation plans, oversaw mergers & acquisitions, developed sales tools, handled carrier and vendor relationships, worked with inventory & accounting to optimize processes in the field, developed and managed our B2B team and whatever was necessary to keep the business profitable, growing and evolving.
