Brian has deep understanding of real estate intrinsics, properties, and has closed thousands of real estate equity and debt transactions.Mr McMahon'a experience also including lending, raising debt and equity, acquisitions, disposition, underwriting, asset management, and providing various real estate advisory services. In his banking career, he originated and underwrote loans for numerous banks, including Wells Fargo and the Private Client Group at HSBC.Prior to his career in institutional banking, from 2002-2007 he ran one of the largest retail loan origination companies in the SF Bay Area, Diablo Funding Group, which grew into one of the largest lending platforms in the United States, funding in excess of $5BB a year in retail business. Mr McMahon was Managing Partner and top producer for the organization.
