After several years as an Acquisition Pro, my passion for Stockwave pushed me to expand my skills and talents with the sales team for Stockwave. I love working with a product that has this much impact on an entire industry. The ability to help dealers source and buy the right used car inventory is a great feeling. Selling a product that you 100% believe in doesn't feel like selling really at all.Although it doesn't come without challenges that constantly need to be overcome. I trained for 3 months on the retail sales floor at Weld County Garage before moving to be a part of the Internet Sales team. I sold cars from phone and internet leads where we worked with our customers from beginning to end. This required thorough follow up via phone and email conversations before completing the transaction in person. I learned a lot about the car industry and was ready to move up to desk manager before taking a new job.I was salesman of the month 3 months in 2012 and I finished 3rd in the running for used car salesman of the year in 2012 and 4th in 2013. I maintained a perfect new car CSI score during my tenure.

As Operation Manager I supported a new line of business for StarTek. I built a relationship with our new client and partnered to create and establish best practices, processes and quality assurance. I implemented each area and then managed the entire scope. This included agent time cards, call times/responses, financials, quality assurance, managing and maintaining client set KPI's and the overall success of the business.

I managed several teams of back end order/process managers for at&t businesses. I was responsible for providing direction, escalating orders, managing employee time, providing coaching and corrective actions and worked with employees to set goals and deliver reviews.As an Area Manager, I and my team was responsible for all new hire training classes. I completed train the trainer classes and was a key part of scheduling training classes, trainers as well as training classes myself.

StarTek is a publicly traded inbound/outbound contact center. I started as an Account Manager managing business accounts for at&a. I ordered and managed T1 installations for phone service for business across the country making sure critical events were met and installations met their deadilnes. I maintained a great level of customer service and surpassed all metrics for 4 years.I was promoted to a Process Manager where I supported other account managers as well as developed and trained new processes for the account managers. I was also responsible for training new hires on all product offerings for 3 years. I received several train the trainer certificates.
