In this highly regulated industry, I must ensure that all employees are adhering to standard operating procedures as well as CLIA, COLA and other regulatory requirements and initiate corrective and preventative action for failure to comply. In 2014, I travelled internationally to Sandwich, England in order to train an entire new staff for a satellite logistics office that was opened in the UK. This process included a visual inspection of all merchandise for quality, entering a detailed description of every piece into a computer program, pricing calculations, and assigning an inventory code and number to all pieces. Meticulous maintenance of files on all incoming and outgoing merchandise was also required.

I was responsible for all incoming and outgoing merchandise for the Polo/Ralph Lauren store in Center City. On a daily basis I had to process all incoming merchandise and make sure that all outgoing merchandise was properly cataloged and tracked to ensure all shipments arrived to their intended store or client. I was also in charge of maintaining all shipping logs, security logs and monthly audit of my section, and was able to cut the shipping costs of the store.
