• Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to a Company commander on all enlisted matter to include discipline and legal actions, personnel management, planning, training, risk management, evaluations, awards, and promotions.• Conducted and coordinated the planning, tracking, and supervision of four Military Intelligence companies, one Civil Affairs company, one Border Management Task Force, and one Security Forces Assistance Team comprised of 344 Soldiers and civilians supporting five Brigade Combat Teams in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. • Supported the targeting process of existing and nominative targets; assisted in the creation and development of target folders containing detailed analysis and multi-disciplined intelligence.• Advised the Battalion Commander and implemented directives on organization, training, planning, and execution of combat and combat support operations.• Integrated full spectrum HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, and Forensic operations of a 12 member Multi-functional Team into the intelligence cycle of U.S. and Coalition Special Operations teams and two Brigade Combat Teams in Zabul Province, Afghanistan. • Conducted the prioritization of collection requirements, identification of intelligence gaps, and development of multi-intelligence plans supporting conventional and non-conventional operations. • Conducted collection operations that led to the production of 65+ intelligence and 350+ media and document forensic exploitation reports that answered critical intelligence requirements supporting elements in Zabul Province, Afghanistan.

• Led a 32 member military and civilian HUMINT collection element conducting full spectrum Military Source Operations.• Supervised the production of 1400+ nationally published intelligence reports supporting operations and force protection for six geographically separated task forces in Kirkuk, Iraq. • Developed, implemented, and continually modified team specific collection requirement plans for seven HUMINT and one CI Support teams to focus collection efforts in answering the commanders’ intelligence needs.• Produced and supervised the production of detailed briefings to senior members of Coalition and Inter-Agency HUMINT Operations elements as well as members of the CIA, DIA, AOG, and FBI on a weekly basis. • Developed, planned, resourced, executed, and evaluated the training of subordinates covering more than 75 critical technical tasks and basic security tasks in preparation for overseas operations. All training milestones were accomplished ahead of schedule and resulted in the teams being certified to conduct operations in Iraq.
