In this role, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, software engineers, UX designers, technical writers, and other contributors to develop and release new and enhanced functionality for the Nuix Discover eDiscovery software. Nuix Discover is an eDiscovery-focused application with strengths in processing, analytics, document review, and production. Primary responsibilities include: Collaborate with senior management, product managers, and other product owners to define the product roadmap; document user workflows and write requirements based on input from a variety of stakeholders; prioritize work items for engineers and testers; lead product demos for new and existing functionality; develop test plans for manual and automated testing of features; write and review both internal and user-facing documentation

Before Ringtail was purchased by Nuix, I was a Product Owner for Ringtail eDiscovery software, focusing on development to help customers get data into Ringtail as quickly and completely as possible. Prior to my role as a Ringtail Product Owner, I led FTI's Data Transformation and Production (DTP) team based in Mclean, VA, Washington, DC, New York, and San Francisco. DTP was primarily responsible for document productions, exports, custom data import, and custom reporting related to the Ringtail review platform. The team also implemented a variety of custom technical solutions for clients using Ringtail for document review.In my initial role at FTI, I led consulting efforts across the lifecycle of various complex litigations, investigations and transactions. I worked with corporate and legal clients to leverage document review platforms and custom reporting tools to decrease litigation costs by improving review speed and accuracy. I have substantial experience with discovery in antitrust matters involving the DOJ and FTC, in matters involving significant populations of foreign language documents, and in using Ringtail to optimize review.

Prepared the Court for the juvenile delinquency and mental health calendars; researched issues and drafted orders in criminal, adoption, juvenile delinquency, mental health, and mental retardation cases; regularly observed trials, motions hearings, and status hearings.

Analyzed evidence to detect the presence of controlled substances; provided expert court testimony in federal criminal trials; collaborated with agents in seizure of clandestine drug labs.
