I worked the last two years at Synergy which manufactures wireline trucks that are used in the oil and gas drilling industry. I performed many tasks that both supported customers and supported our wireline truck production process. * Create electrical schematics for complete truck using AutoCAD. * Create mechanical drawings for special projects using AutoCAD. * Develop owner’s manuals, installation instructions, service bulletins and related technical drawings using AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

I worked ten years at Painless Performance which manufactures products for the automotive aftermarket (fuel injection conversion kits, chassis and fuel injection wiring, race car switch panels, etc.). I was both a design engineer and also managed the engineering department. While at Painless I designed new products, created production paperwork, created test fixtures, and later started designing automotive engine components and prototypes using Pro/Engineer 2.0. * Create 2D & 3D drawings, solid modeling files, and prototypes using AutoCAD & Pro/Engineer. * Train engineers on AutoCAD usage. * Manage engineering department and all engineering operations. * Technical Writing (installation manuals).

While at SCS/Frigette I designed automotive security systems and cruise control systems for Mazda and Toyota. As a design engineer I would create production drawings for mounting brackets, cabling, electrical wiring and control units using AutoCAD and Claris CAD. * Design and development of products from conception to production. * Worked with OEM automotive manufacturers to design new products. * Created drawings and technical papers (installation & owner’s manuals).
