• Service NSW strategic lead in a State Digital Asset (SDA) Partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) and Department of Customer Service on TfNSW’s RegStar Program. Brian's unwavering support for project managers in clearing roadblocks, along with juggling multiple projects, demonstrated his dedication and commitment to Service NSW and its customers.”• Successful project delivery for SNSW in scope deliverables for government agencies and private sector engagement on:- Drought Relief- Water Carting Rebate- NRMA International Driving Permit enhancement- Technology deployments for frontline services, including self- serve kiosks in Clubs NSW remote locations.- My Community Project a grants program to improve the wellbeing of people and communities in NSW.• Lead a team of project managers to successfully deliver various Transport for NSW Projects.• Translate strategic objectives to the team, ensure that optimal customer experience is embedded in delivery of projects, remove barriers to ensure on time delivery and within budget.

• Lead the successful transfer of specialist disability services delivery of government operated disability services in Hunter and Mid North Coast regions to non-government sector.• Develop and implement detailed handover plan for Transfer Packages to a consortium, with key deliverables in line with Implementation Sale Agreement, relevant legislation, State Acts and associated policies and guidelines.• Interface between FACS Business Stream Leads and new operator to ensure continuity of service and project deliverables adhere to timeframe.• Lead and facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure key deliverables is met within tight timeframes.• Successfully project managed the conversion of Deed of Licenses to Leases for over 60 non- government providers for over 350 properties by 30 June 2018.

• Project lead on redevelopment of Hunter Residences, Metro Residences, Riverside and Non-Government Organisations large residential centre programs under Stronger Together 2, including subject matter expert on Request for Tender for procurement of specialist disability accommodation providers.• Chair and lead in governance on Project Control Groups and Industrial Relations Working Party.• Lead consultation with key stakeholders in transition and workforce planning with Family and Community Services Districts and Directorates and Non-Government Organisations.• Strategic and Change Management Planning including budgets, indirect management of key stakeholders to ensure project milestones is delivered.Key Achievements:• Project lead on redevelopment of large residential centres (LRC) in NSW. This project is the largest of its type in a major social reform, will see over 1000 people moving from either a Government or Non-Government Operated LRC into purpose built contemporary style accommodation in the community and where possible at the location of their choice.• The homes are built after lengthy consultation by staff that I manage with the residents and their families about the needs of each person. I have steered key stakeholders including families and managed staff through many difficulties as the program has rolled out.• In January 2018, over 700 people have moved out of these centres, into over 130 new modern purpose-built accommodation in locations and communities of their choice.• A key highlight is the positive impact on people’s lives that has been independently verified by assessors undertaking a post implementation review. A Quality-of-Life study that measures increase independence, social inclusion and participation, and healthy and fulfilling lifestyles.• One of the teams that I managed, the Metro Residences Consultation Unit were finalists in the Family and Community Services Customer Service Team Excellence Awards
