I have started an internship with Pat Connaughton and partner Devin Grainger at their company called Conntent Studios. Conntent Studios is a creative studio currently serving Pat's brands (@PatConnaughtonFoundation, @ThreeLeafPartners) and others. During my time with Conntent Studios, I have had the opportunity to access game day footage and create real-time social media content. I have also had the opportunity to edit videos for Pat’s other businesses, such as Three Leaf Partners and the Pat Connaughton Foundation. These separate social media accounts allow the opportunity to create multiple forms of content. This allows us to help promote the other important aspects of Pat’s life. It goes beyond basketball, and it’s an honor to help promote the message he wants on all platforms. The ability to take a step into the professional sports world has been something that I’ve dreamed of for years. HelloDarling Films is a wedding film company dedicated to providing each person with a unique experience on their wedding day. During my time at HelloDarling Films, I've taken the responsibilities of a full-time editor and become a secondary shooter. HelloDarling booked over 100 weddings in 2022.Throughout my time as an editor, I worked on various projects: Trailers, Highlights, Full-edits, and Documentary edits. As a bag-room employee I have the privilege to work with more members and cater to their golf game. Preparing events, maintaining a range, up-keeping the storage area and keeping equipment up to date and properly cleaned. Working on my customer service skills, I am able to create lasting relationships with the members at Nakoma.

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs to be career and college ready. DECA is a non-profit organization with over 200,000 members world wide. Wisconsin DECA is the 6th largest association with over 10,000 members. As Vice President of Brand Management I managed and created content for all social media platforms for the association over the 2020-2021 term. I found new avenues to promote initiatives and achievements of members all around the state. I created roughly 200 pieces of social media content throughout the entire term. I aided my fellow teammates in promoting and advocating their initiatives throughout the year including: Why DECA, Member of the Month, Trick or Can, DECA Draw, Flash Reports, Leadership Council, and Youtube Updates. Throughout our term I co-hosted 2 Statewide Virtual events and a Virtual International Career Development Conference event, and participated in 5 conferences total this year. These virtual conferences took months of planning and creating content. I had the privilege to create workshops geared towards the success of our members. Topics ranged from, leadership skills, public speaking, time management, to finding your own voice in your chapter and beyond. Throughout these conferences we hosted virtual photo challenges, hosted multiple industry leading speakers throughout each conference. I connected and worked with these speakers individually to plan and coordinate speaker sessions for these conferences. I also helped create conference recaps and highlighted individual achievements for members and chapters throughout each conference. I also had the honor to speak to congress representatives to advocate for CTSO’s across the entire state. I participated in a virtual government day, which allowed me to express the benefits of DECA as a CTSO, and shared some of our highlights throughout the year. I also advocated for larger funding across all CTSO’s by looking at new bills that gear towards CTSO’s and to vote yes.
