Project Manager - Contractor.I was brought in to recover a failing Mobile Device Management migration and new device (DEP enabled Apple devices) roll out project. I delivered the project that I was brought in to do, received a renewal and rolled out a Tactical Solution to provide wifi capability at the groups 12 Training Hubs . Before leaving I produced the Business Case for a large WAN/LAN upgrade project and had the solution formally agreed by the IT Governance Board.

I joined LBG on a permanent basis as part of an initiative that converted high performing Contractors. Project assignments whilst a permanent member of staff:01/02/16-15/02/2017 HBOS Mainframe Decommissioning Project £4.1mI managed a large team of over twenty core resources, comprising mainly Technical Resources, two senior BA’s and a Business engagement Manager. The project had a very complex investigation and analysis component. 01/01/15-31/01/16 Payment Retries Project £3.5m From the initiation of the Payment Retries Project through to implementation and warranty I was the Senior IT PM facing off to several Business PM’s. The project had a core team of fifteen and was delivered on time and on budget.07/06/14-31/12/14 SCCM DP Server Roll Out Project £4.4mThe project was part of the Desktop Transformation Program; new DP servers were installed in to Data Centres and Main Offices, new laptops and desktops rolled out to a high percentage of LBG Users. 02/05/13-06/06/14 Data Loss Prevention Project £3.1mThe project was part of the very large COMET Program (Bank Security issues remediation). DLP was an extremely high profile project due to it being the COMET Programs primary security gap closure target. Reporting included a twice monthly progress call with the Groups IT Cyber Security Director. The project was technically very complex and had very tight timescales. I managed a core team of twelve and key engagements with BT, Deliotte and Symantec.02/09/12-01/05/13 Group Release Portfolio Manager £35mI was the Portfolio Manager on Group Release 9, (Group Releases being the Banks strategic change methodology/process).

Senior Project Manager on the World Class Operations Bridge Transformation Project.

I was a Release Manager on the first Archiving and Decommissioning Project to be completed as part of the Lloyds/HBOS IT Integration piece of work. Four PM lead work-streams fed in to myself and each PM had at least three BA's working for them.

I was part of the £3.2 million IT3B Data Migration Project Team. The IT3B team successfully completed the project within the agree time scale, on budget and managed to hit every major milestone. I had my contract renewed four times and via my Manager I received numerous plaudits from colleagues and stakeholders that I worked with. The Project Team consisted of a Program Manager, a Configuration Manager, three Project Managers and a large pool of Technical Resources. The Project Team was responsible for upgrading software on 325 servers across the HBOS estate, migrating 400TB of data onto a new SAN and decommissioning redundant storage hardware.
