Project management for the development and support of the dial and broadband RADIUS servers which allow users to log onto the internet and provide authentication, authorisation and accounting for ISPs. Leading a team of six people in the deployment and delivery management of BT's Network Intelligence Platform. This is a sophisticated and scalable Unix platform which handles the intelligent routing of 17 million calls per day. Development of a complex and life-like test billing database for use of application developers on BT's largest billing system. Code development for test harness to exercise any combination of bill layouts (current and future bills). BT's bill layouts are now data driven through an Access database and are processed on an IBM mainframe.

Software development primarily for the UK, Irish, European and US Electricy and Gas supply industry. Development in C, C++ and Fortran. Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle. Authored the C coding standards for Kainos Software.
