• Manage admin, Induction duties, attendance, behaviours and training for new recruits in a classroom and presentation based environment.• Present and deliver programme ready trainings and build employee standards from the initial phase of new recruit’s careers.• Provide support, coaching and advice to the newly recruited advisors • Host daily training sessions, build training schedules and schemes and support managers in implementing new routines for the new recruits• Research, brainstorm and initiate new methods to improve efficiency, productivity and performances• Provide one on one coaching sessions with advisors, feedback positive and critical statistics and create an environment where people are comfortable and confident to learn and grow as part of the brand.

• Updating, building and reviewing Edits and Timelines on both final Cut Pro and Nukestudio.• Importing shots, assets, elements, frames and quick times.• Pulling Plates, driving dailies, checking frame ranges, retimes and color space.• Creating show reels for marketing. • Creating playlists for reviews and organizing client deliveries.• Managing and organizing directories, files, elements library, asset library, log maintenance and hard drive storage.
