- Design of civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, retail and private housing for planning, tender and construction stages. Design items include surface water and foul drainage, attenuation and infiltration systems, on-site foul treatment units, pumping stations and site layouts/levels. - Developed design risk assessments, infrastructure design reports, flood risk assessments, compliance sheets, RFI's and feasibility studies. - Regular site visits to carry out on-site inspections.
