Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and ancillary agreements including purchase and sale agreements, master service agreements, master purchase order agreements, long term turbine and generator service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, transportation agreements, site access agreements, intellectual property agreements, guarantees, parts sharing agreements, consents, easements, right of way agreements, leases, and assignments.
