I’m a construction cost consultant that is passionate about developing clear and robust processes and systems that enable Clients to get best value from their projects. I believe in developing tools that give a clear picture of projected portfolio costs; presenting information in a simple format that makes life easier for decision makers.I believe the ability to capture and analyse data is essential to a Clients ongoing success of delivering construction projects, both in the public and private sector. I currently work as a Senior Cost Manager with Turner & Townsend in Melbourne, leading a team in delivering services for major retail portfolios in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. I have experience in cost management for a variety of procurement types and for major projects including the Margaret Court Redevelopment, the University of Tasmania Medical Research Facility and Werribee Sports and Fitness Centre. I have fulfilled a facilities management role on projects such as the Royal North Shore Hospital and New South Wales Public Housing.
