-in liaison with the m/e officer,field officer and outreach workers prepare KP source documents for entry by compiling and sorting informationand establishing entry priorities-review and verify source documents from the peer educators, outreach workers and the clinic for-enter and account data by inputting information in the database provided by the m/e officer and according to the GF-grant procedures- maintain data entry requirements by following data management techniques and procedures-verify data entries by reviewing,correcting,deleting,or reentering data,purging files to eliminate duplication of data and comparing it to source documents-retrieve data from the KP tracker,database or electronic files as requested-in liaison with m/e officer perform regulator backups to ensure data preservation-sort and organise paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost-maintain data management operations by following GF/KRCS data management policies and procedures and keeping information confidential-assist in compilation of monthly,quarterly,semi-annual and ad hoc program reports to GF/KRCS-undertake any other duty as assigned

-Coordinate motoring and delivery of reports to the sub counties-Participating in strengthening the M/E systems in the project and review data in MOH summary reports completeness, accuracy and consistency before submission to SCHRIO,S-Participate in monitoring and implementation of project activities to ensure conformance to project objectives, work plans, budget and expected results.-Verify and review data in MOH and in project registers for completeness, accuracy -Review data in MOH /project registers for completeness, accuracy and consistency before transfers in MOH and project monthly summary reports and consistency before transfer in MOH or project summary reports-Taking lead in data capture and reporting using monitoring tools to track project indicators as per the performance framework.-Develop and maintain data bases back up and filing systems for project data-Participate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic performance reports-Analyze and review program reports to ensure program performance indicators are well understood and accurately documented and reported-Ensure quality management of HIV related through execution of regular data quality audits and onsite verification exercises-Support the development of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan across the organization and ensure delivery against the plan in programmatic areas.
