➢ Resolve Performance bottlenecks and maintain reliability of the computer systems.➢ Training and equipping facility students/users through interpreting instructions and answering questions.➢ Troubleshooting computer and network problems both hardware and software.➢ Identifying requirements for new infrastructure components e.g. computing /IT devices.➢ Evaluating system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs.➢ Monitoring, maintaining and supporting the Technology infrastructure within the Company.➢ Day to day proactive IT service management, i.e. service support and service delivery as assigned by the IT Manager.
