I consistently spearhead successful projects while maintaining safe, on time job completions within budget.I take the proactive approach of reviewing every job before initiation to identify any possible safety concerns, budget constraints and time frame issues. I make it a priority to communicate with contractors and customers to make sure all questions are answered, updates are provided in a timely fashion and concerns are addressed immediately.I am driven by the belief that every project is a priority and should be undertaken with that mindset. If crews need an extra set of hands, I’m not afraid to jump in and get dirty to assist. This led to a position as head custodian at a church where I worked my way to a position as a Trustee on the Church Board. This solidified my desire to stay in the construction field in some capacity. I took a role as a trim carpenter for residential home builder, Beehler Const in Hilton NY and quickly worked my way to a site supervisor and estimator. 12 years later I went back to school for a degree in Architectural Design and Drafting and took a position with Fibertech as a Fiber Manager/Engineer. I worked my way to Network Construction Manager and was able to use my years of residential const and combine it all I learned in**Learn something new everyday.**
