Solution architecture and program governance for a cloud based global knowledge management and technical support platform deployment.

Rapidly implemented and lead a program management office to provide governance of the Ameritrade - TD Waterhouse integration. The new Integration PMO, helped manage and coordinate project, resource, technology and dependencies for approximately 160 technology projects to deliver the integration of over 3MM TD Waterhouse accounts onto a new TD Ameritrade platform. This was the largest on-time brokerage M&A integration up to that point in time. I continued to oversee projects and on-site Sogeti teams during my remaining tenure as Sogeti USA, Delivery Director.

Credit and mortgage loss mitigation and portfolio risk management cloud solutions provider. Key clients included Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Sun Trust and several regional lenders and investment companies. The MSTD platform was an industry pioneer in performing automated valuation, credit scoring and risk rating for investment portfolios and servicing call centers to help borrowers avoid foreclosure during economic hardship.

Surgical management system deployment and clinical BI deployment. Scheduling, logistics, information and status alerting and utilization optimization for all surgery centers at Johns Hopkins family of hospitals.

Design and deployment of Six Sigma based financial quality management system deployed in several GE and GE Capital global businesses.

Was brought back to lead technology for the spin off of Royal Care of America from Foster Medical, Inc. Our model pioneered the technology and services to lease the space, inventories and employees from hospitals, nursing homes and institutional/inpatient medical supply and pharmacies. We provided higher quality patient nutritional and drug interaction monitoring while automating reimbursement with industry leading rules based screening algorithms. I was also responsible for technical due diligence for acquisitions of other medical companies with Boston Capital Ventures investment in the Royal Care brand.

IT Director for Manhattan based national advertising agency during rapid growth from $150 to $300MM billings; responsible for IT operations, media production technology and new media development.
