• Conduct training sessions focusing on the account conversion process and procedures for branch staff, with a focus on new Ultra High Net Worth branches.• Develop ad-hoc reports and technology request specifications for the IT production support group, interfacing with IT and various Business Groups and/or branches. • Lead and develop a series of short term projects (Cases) for the production support team ("Run the Bank").• Lead and develop long term projects (Change Requests) for the enhancement support team ("Change the Bank").• Devise and refine testing plans for UBS proprietary platform projects.• Analyze and coordinate IT resolution for reported production issues, including research and review of system functionality and behavior.• Conduct project post mortems, and create recommendations reporting in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Supervise, and manage project team consisting of eight members, including global team in Mumbai, India. • Direct, and manage the Enterprise Security Master (ESM) Integration project from beginning to end.• Define ESM project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated Business Required Documents (BRD), and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve ESM project goals.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, and manage changes in ESM project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.• Build, and develop business relationships with management of various technology groups, as well as Front Office trading desks vital to the success of the project.• Conduct project post mortems, and create recommendations reporting in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Ensure the accuracy of security indicative data across various mainframes and front end trading systems on a global scale.• Liaise with traders, prime brokerage, and middle office groups globally to provide solutions to their daily needs. • Provide comprehensive support for various sales desks, and interact with clients to reconcile fails and other trade issues.• Reconcile interest accrual discrepancies on Fixed Income trades, across back office mainframes. • Analyze exception reports detailing product discrepancies.• Enhance Neuberger Berman’s daily floating rate update process.• Coordinate monthly meetings with Global peers (Tokyo, London, Mumbai) to improve processes and procedures regarding global product integrity.

• Maintain, and assure quality control, utilizing the Six Sigma process of excellence. • Manage a departmental quality control log, tracking the Client Care group’s weekly progress.• Research, and resolve internal and external client needs and inquiries.• Process endorsements and quotes for various lines of insurance.• Interface with underwriting, IT, and management of all levels, to resolve client issues. • Develop and maintained strong, focused relationships with brokers, underwriters, and clients.
