• Conduct training sessions focusing on the account conversion process and procedures for branch staff, with a focus on new Ultra High Net Worth branches.

• Provide comprehensive support for various sales desks, and interact with clients to reconcile fails and other trade issues.
• Reconcile interest accrual discrepancies on Fixed Income trades, across back office mainframes.
• Analyze exception reports detailing product discrepancies.
• Enhance Neuberger Berman’s daily floating rate update process.

• Maintain, and assure quality control, utilizing the Six Sigma process of excellence.
• Manage a departmental quality control log, tracking the Client Care group’s weekly progress.
• Research, and resolve internal and external client needs and inquiries.
• Process endorsements and quotes for various lines of insurance.
• Interface with underwriting, IT, and management of all levels, to resolve client issues.
• Develop and maintained strong, focused relationships with brokers, underwriters, and clients.
