Brian Andrew Pfeffer, Born 26 December 1988 in Phoenix, Arizona, raised in Mankato, Minnesota. Brian graduated from Mankato West Senior High School in June of 2007. He enlisted in the United States Army in August of 2007. He served in various locations throughout the U.S., Middle East, and Korea. Brian served the first five years as a senior Air Defense Battle Management System Operator including a deployment to Joint Base Balad, Iraq from 2010-2011. Upon returning from his deployment Brian completed Warrior Leader Course and was promoted to Sergeant, Brian was then selected to by the Department of the Army to be a Recruiter. Brian spent the next three years in San Mateo, California filling various roles from leading future soldiers in basic soldiering skills, preparing M.E.P.S. packets and preforming Livescans. Brian earned the position of Center Commander of the San Mateo Army Recruiting Station for a one month period; he then served another three month period as the Assistant Center Commander. Brian is currently a Business Management Major in his third year at MNSU- Mankato. He plans to have his Bachelors in Business Management by the summer 2019. Upon Graduation Brian plans to re-enter the workforce as an educated, well-rounded, and worldly Veteran looking to make the world a healthier and happier place. Brian now resides in his home in Mankato with his supportive wife, Kathleen, and their inquisitive son, Lucas.
