Mr. Phillips has 42 years of extensive experience in Forensics, Biometrics, All Source Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Counter-Narcotics, Counterterrorism, Executive Protection and Protective Intelligence. Mr. Phillips has worked extensively with the US Department of Defense Forensic and Biometrics communities as a Forensic Technical Representative for US Pacific Command (PACOM), US Central Command (CENTCOM) and US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and as a Senior Biometrics Intelligence Analyst supporting deployed units in Afghanistan, Iraq and other locations. Mr. Phillips was also the Special Agent-in-Charge of Protective Intelligence for US Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID). He was selected over his peers as a senior interrogator to conduct interrogations for the US Government at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mr. Phillips’ investigative efforts led to dismantling terrorism cells within the US as well as identifying critical battlefield intelligence. Throughout his career, Mr. Phillips developed and fostered liaisons with federal, state and local law enforcement and intelligence agencies, as well as working with foreign military and civilians in subject matter expert exchanges involving forensics and biometrics. He holds a Top Secret SCI security clearance and did have a CI Polygraph.
