Vendor evaluation and selection.· Developed software with the emphasis on common, intuitive user interfaces, multi-user access, readability, efficiency, portability, and reusable software modules for rapid application development.· Created web browser user interfaces to databases.· Wrote the interface for the Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC), DMV, and the National Crime Information Center.· Wrote the UI portion of the FCIC II interface on UNIX servers utilizing Sockets over TCP/IP.· Wrote an inmate imaging system that captured real-time images of inmates.· Wrote a signature imaging system for the Martin County Supervisor of Elections.· Wrote the mobile (laptop) component of the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) project.· Helped to integrate the Florida Criminal Justice nework (CJNet) into the network.

· Designed, configured, administered, and maintained an Internet Service Provider operation. Provided dial-up and domain hosting services to homes and businesses. The infrastructure was comprised of a Frame Relay Fractional T1, 76 modems, Lucent Portmasters (modem servers), Cisco routers, Adtran CSU/DSU, mail, web, proxy and security servers (Linux and Solaris). Redundancy provided by a backup circuit with automatic cutover scripts.· Wrote web pages, utilizing server-side includes, serving dynamic content based on requesters' name space. This allows for marketing to be directed at prospective customers, while presenting a common portal page for existing customers.· Sold my business to a regional ISP.
