Experienced in safe, responsible facility operations management. I’ve spent my career focused on safety first. As a regional safety manager I conducted location training and safety audits, both documentation and physical plant walk throughs with location staff. I’ve worked closely with location management identifying unsafe conditions and behaviors and assisted with corrective actions and follow ups. I’ve worked closely with commercial sides of the business as well. As a Regional Operations Manager, I have experience with large scale and multi facility operations and projects overseeing day to day activities to ensure projects were completed safe, on time, and on budget. I evaluated expenses with location management to find cost savings opportunities and worked with location staff to ensure product quality was maintained. Oversaw creation of divisional colleague development and mentoring program. Im passionate about working with and training others and giving them the tools they need to be successful. I have strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills and I’m focused on safety and teamwork. OSHA 10 hr, and HAZWOPER trained.
