Direct all strategic and tactical Human Resources Management functions aligning 16 business locations in Ohio and Indiana. During tenure, role has been responsible for the development and implementation of HR due diligence process associated with the successful acquisition of 3 organizations, 8 branches and the assimilation of 150 new employees.

Management of Human Resources policies and programs for Botkins facility, which includes all administrative, legal and policy aspects of employee relations management, training, compensation, performance management and plant staffing. Responsible for the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures that align employees with company’s strategic business objectives. Provide professional consultation and direction to plant management concerning personnel matters to effectively mitigate risk and enhance the overall level of employee engagement.
