In this position, I collaborate directly with ownership leaders to oversee extensive manufacturing operations for a major automotive/power sport equipment provider with major clients including Honda Motor Company and equipment assets encompassing 50+ stamping presses, 110 robotic weld cells, and 22 CNC benders. I spearhead program development and implementation to drive organizational efficiency, including cloud-based ERP/MRP systems and supply chain/manufacturing KPIs to inform short- and long-term decision-making processes. I also direct a multi-customer department providing packaging solutions to distribution centers shipping 250k+ units per year for clients such as Yamaha, Polaris, and Harley-Davidson.
