Interim role aimed at two areas of focus: new business practice study and planning, and internal organizational design input to CEO. This six-month engagement provided the opportunity to learn Macro’s business and structure and to provide organizational consulting input and support to the CEO. In addition, a major focus was the evaluation and definition of a new business practice targeting technology management service and support. The intent is to provide consulting services to clients to help close the gaps inherent in capital project work where the technology disciplines are often engaged late in the process or underrepresented throughout. Services defined include technical due diligence (pre-lease and pre-project), technical discovery and advisory services, project oversight and coordination, program management services, and operating model support services.
