At Cozy Digital I began in a trainee role, however my skills in IT allowed me to grow rapidly into the role. In my time there I not only grew in the role but actively evolved it and played a critical role in taking the companies SEO procedures and methods forward. I took charge of developing key aspects such as a more comprehensive keyphrase analysis system and competitor analysis as well as making a variety of other procedural changes to make the company more efficient and effective for our clients.By the end of my time at the company I was effectively managing the SEO department as well as managing the companies key clients, training new staff and working within the development team to build client sites due to a shortfall in staff in that department. I was happy to help where possible. Before I left the company to go travelling I developed a fully comprehensive array of procedure documents that where to be utilised by future employees for both training as well as general procedure and work protocol.
