Managed up to 600 employees with a staff of 12 at Risdon's and 6 during my time at topline.Started both companies from the ground up including the training of the employees on procedures and equipment that they have never been exposed to in the past. Negotiated with several brokers looked at over 25 facilities before choosing the site that was suited best for the company. Did the hiring of the staff including: HR, Logistics, Technical, Finance, Production Mngr. and Quality Mngr and Legal. Worked with Union for the direct labor.
