Responsible for introducing and developing manufacturing processes to our new USA business.To manage and oversee machinery and equipment installations and implement start-up manufacturing processes.Organize, purchase or manufacture all specialized jigs, fixtures and tooling requirements.Assisting in training and developing with BGB's unique manufacturing and process methods ensuring lean manufacturing methods and continuous improvements are implemented.Assist in BGB Technology's business development with input into design, prototype manufacture and implementation into serial production of new products developed in both the USA and UK.
