I retired as a Colonel from the Air Force in 2023 as the Air Force Chief of Undergraduate Flight Training. During my tenure, I oversaw the Air Force’s entire portfolio of undergraduate aircrew training, including eight different type airframes that provide the whole of new Air Force pilots each year. As part of this. I was the chief architect of the award-winning and revolutionary Air Force helicopter training program. I also scaled the Air Force’s new fixed-wing pilot training program for 2,000 pilots without stopping production. I have 3 Master's Degrees: History, Strategy, and Business. With numerous hours of combat flight in a special operations, a background in international nuclear/strategic strategy while working for STRATCOM, and extensive leadership opportunities in all aspects of training and operations - I developed a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves.In 2023, I founded a new consulting firm to help anyone who wishes to be better, work with the government, or represent military operations in the entertainment industry. It might seem like an eclectic mix, but the most interesting people and businesses always are that way.
