By integrating diverse perspectives and experiences, I've strived to create an inclusive environment that reflects the values and culture of the organization.At Milton Hershey School, I honed skills in coaching, instructor-led training, and problem solving, which were instrumental in my role as Lead Houseparent. My responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, budget management, and coordinating parent partnerships. I led the development and implementation of social-emotional learning strategies, thereby enhancing the educational experience for multiple student homes, and I was pivotal in training new staff on behavior modification techniques.
