Project Manager New Product Development
Current• PM for CCUS centrifugal and Hydrogen PD compressor design for standardization, performance, and cost reduction. I control the project deliverables such as cost, schedule, phase gate presentations and industry code compliance evaluation. I hold weekly meetings with our sister companies in France and India to gain insight to those market expectations as well as support with FEA, modeling and 2D drawings. I create relationships with vendors for our custom enclosure design, pulsation dampeners and EPC consulting. I also work closely with our Product Line Manager to identify direct and indirect competition, value proposition and sales strategies.• Liason to our French and India companies for multi site pump projects• PM for new hydraulic design to target the polypropylene industry. Goal was to be cost competitive by creating “fit for purpose” skid designs and utilize standard layouts and equipment if there was flexibility in their specification.• PM for conversion fit of hydraulics for customer in India. Contractual specs, test plan and lead time specific. One million in sales revenue for three gearbox and wet end assemblies.
