  Mill Operator ( leaching sector,then control room) Operate since May 2018 the control room for the entire plant Commissioning and Start-Up of the leaching, barren solution and cyanide destruction circuits in a gold mill Analyse the circuits by reviewing the operating manuals, studying standard operating ,procedures, and following the flows in the process. Assist Gekko personnel with commissioning. Operation on HMI, Outotec filters, Continuous leach reactors, Batch ILR, Concentrate spinners,Cyclones, Ball mill,etc..Work safely in a workplace in construction with issues during the start-up Find solutions to keep running the process Complete operational check rounds and being lead of my sector report findings to supervisorIdentifying and act on ways to improve output or efficiency of the plant. Fill a logbook and explain at the change-over the issues during the shift Understand the reactions of the reagents on the process Take samples for titrations, density,P80 and pH Follow and control from HMI the process and equipmentsWorkplace conditions: arctic region, english language, base camp,3 weeks in/3 weeks out schedule
